Outpost Commerce provides website setup, online store configuration, digital support, and related setup services. We do not sell physical products through this website.

Service-Based Work

Because our work involves time, consultation, setup, configuration, and digital service delivery, refunds are assessed based on the stage of work completed.

Before Work Has Started

If you cancel before any work has begun, you may request a refund. Any payment processing fees or third-party costs already incurred may be deducted.

After Work Has Started

Once work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the amount of work already completed, time spent, and any costs already committed to the project.

Third-Party Costs

Domain names, hosting, email accounts, Shopify subscriptions, app fees, themes, licences, advertising spend, and other third-party services are not refundable by Outpost Commerce. These costs are controlled by the relevant third-party provider.

Project Changes

If the project scope changes after work has started, additional work may be quoted separately. Refunds are not issued for completed work, approved work, or work already delivered.
